What's his face?

Krista sent me a recipe to try. (Thanks, Krista!) It's her cousin's husband (who happens to be a chef in the army)'s pot roast recipe.

"Krista's Cousin's Army Chef Of A Husband's Pot Roast" (6 quart pot)

~3 - 4 lb. rump roast (I bout the ONLY rump roast Mars had. It was 3.5 lbs.)
~1 (21 oz. can) tomato sauce
~1 tsp. salt
~1 tsp. pepper
~2 tsp. parsley flakes
~2 tsp. garlic powder
~2 tsp. basil
~2 tsp. oregano
~1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce (heavy handed)
~a dash of soy sauce
~rice, cooked

Add all ingredients (except rice) to crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
Flake meat apart 1.5 hours before serving, so it has time to simmer, flaked, in the sauce.
Serve with rice. (Or potatoes if you prefer. Krista said she makes it with rice, so I did, too.)
Ladle gravy over meat and rice/potatoes.

8 servings.
Krista said she can't get enough of this and I can see why! It's super flavorful. Man, it's good. My other half said, "Thank whoever gave you this recipe. It's delicious." So...THANKS from both of us! (Actually, all three since my little helper liked it, too!)
