Day 3 of "What fun things are in Brad's pantry?"
~1 cooked and shredded boneless, skinless chicken breast (This was ours. I thought it was a Tupperware container of onion...otherwise I would have used this a long time ago. I have no idea how old it is.)
~1 (20 oz) can pineapple slices in pineapple juice
~8 oz (about half of the bottle) of Bull's Eye Original bbq sauce (The bottle I found in the fridge expired in 2008. Heh.)
~1 T Kikkoman stir fry sauce (It was all that was left in the bottle in the fridge. There was no visible expiration date, so I'm assuming it's from The Great Depression.)
~1 (16 oz) bag frozen Asian veggies (This was ours, too.)
Add chicken, pineapple (with juice), bbq sauce, and marinade to crock pot and mix well.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Add veggies and stir.
Cover and cook an additional 30 minutes.
4 servings.
We dig bbq sauce. Pretty much anything slathered in bbq sauce. EVEN if the bbq sauce happens to be at least 4 years old. Nomnomnom.
P.S. Hey Brad: I also really dig the lighting in your dining area. If I could pack THAT in the trunk of my car, I totally would.
