While perusing the meat case yesterday, I realized I hadn't crocked pork chops in MONTHS. This, of course, put me in the mood for pork chops. I couldn't decide if I wanted to slather them with honey mustard or make them more cranberry-y, so I did what any "normal" person would do.
Both.
"Honey Mustard and Cranberry Pork Chops." (6 quart pot.)
~4 boneless pork chops
~1/4 c French's spicy brown mustard
~1 onion, chopped
~1 c fresh cranberries
~1/4 c honey
~1 T brown sugar
~4 white potatoes
Place pork in crock pot.
Squirt the remnants of the mustard bottle on top. (It was probably close to 1/4 c.)
Top with onion.
Decide to include the cranberries just...because.
Drizzle honey and brown sugar on top.
Place potatoes on top.
Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
This was really good. I was a little worried about mixing my two cravings together, but it worked. I promise.
