Live mas.

Heather picked 28. (Thanks Heather!) Number 28 was...

"Pork Tacos" (6 quart pot)

~2lbs boneless pork sirloin roast
~1 1/2 c salsa verde
~1 red bell peper, chopped
~1 onion, chopped
~1/4 c chopped dried apricots
~2 T lime juice
~2 garlic cloves, minced (CSA...still.)
~1 t ground cumin
~1/2 t salt
~1/4 t pepper (The card said white, but I used black.)
~dash hot pepper sauce (I used Frank's Red Hot Buffalo.)
~flour tortillas
~taco toppings

Combine first 11 ingredients in the crock pot.
Cover and cook on high for 5 hours or until meat is tender.
Shred pork with forks.
Place about 1/2 c mixture into each tortilla.
Serve with toppings if desired.

10 tacos.
Tacooooos. These were yummy. Definitely a "different" kind of taco (Whatever that means.) Sweet. Spicy. Tangy. Mmm...
