We had some chicken AND some buffalo sauce burning a hole in our...kitchen.
"Clean Out The Kitchen Buffalo Chicken Salad" (6 quart pot)
~3 chicken quarters, skinned
~6 oz Frank's buffalo sauce
~2 T Louisiana hot sauce
~2 T Ken's blue cheese salad dressing
~salad greens (From the CSA.)
Add chicken to crock pot.
Pour hot sauces remaining ingredients on top.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Serve over salad.
6 servings.
I was hoping that the Louisiana hot sauce would kick the mild Frank's hot sauce up a notch.
It totally did. Not in a burn my tastebuds off kind of "totally", but a good "totally".
Mmm...We're such suckers for anything Buffalo-y.
