Crocking a la John McCain.

John McCain has a famous rib recipe. This is it. He grills his. I am not the first to convert it to the crock.

"John McCain's Famous Ribs" (6 quart pot)

~4 lbs ribs (I used pork spare ribs.)
~2T pepper
~2T kosher salt
~2T garlic powder
~3 lemons

Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl.
Rub mixture onto both sides of ribs.
Squeeze lemons completely.
Cover and cook on low for 10 hours.

3 servings.
This was really, really easy and really, really good. I will definitely make it again. It was a nice change of pace from the standard bbq ribs. I might even try this on the grill sometime. *gasp*
