Something's fishy.

The entire meal takes less than a half hour in the oven and gets me to eat fish, so it's an awesome go-to.

"Coconut Crusted Tilapia" (6 quart pot)

~2 coconut crusted tilapia fillets from Safeway's/Genuardi's meat case
~1 T lemon

Pour lemon over fish.
Wrap fish in aluminum foil.
Place in crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
Mmm...tilapia. It loses the crunchiness this way but the flavor is still there and it's super yummy.
