Gobble.

My little helper loves the little jars of turkey and rice baby food. I decided to buy the cheapest turkey I could find and serve it with rice and carrots. Kiddo loves carrots more than the aforementioned baby food jars. I'm sure you've figured that out considering every meal so far this week has had carrots in it. Tomorrow's won't.

"Creamy Dijon Turkey Tenderloins with Carrots" (6 quart pot)

~1 pkg of Shadybrook Farms' Creamy Dijon Turkey Tenderloins (Safeway)
~4 c baby carrots
~1 c water

Pour water in crock pot.
Dump turkey in pot.
Dump carrots on top of turkey.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

3 servings. (The package contains 3 tenderloins and it says it's 7 servings. Riiiight. On what planet?)

Yum. My other half has demanded that I make this more often. My little helper went to bed before he could try it, but I'm pretty sure he'll gobble it up tomorrow.
