The cheesiness continues.

Christmas is about breaking the rules and eating things that are ridiculously bad for your you, right? Right?

For Christmas dinner, I whipped together a mac and cheese using random cheeses we had in the fridge that had to be eaten before we headed out of town this week.

"Wacky Mac and Cheesy Christmas" (6 quart pot)

~2 c wacky macaroni, uncooked
~4 oz cheese ends from the local deli
~2 c shredded Mexican blend
~2 c milk
~1 8 oz package of Philly cream cheese
~1/4 c butter, melted
~3 T flour
~1/2 t salt
~1/2 t pepper
~2 T Gulden's mustard

Mix all ingredients in greased crock pot.

Topping:
~1 cup breadcrumbs
~2 T butter, melted

Mix ingredients in a small bowl.
Sprinkle over macaroni mixture.
Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.

6 servings.

We might have to make this a Christmas tradition in our house. Mmm...
