It's been a LONG time since I've crocked ribs. Too long. So that's exactly what I did today.
"Orange-Glazed Pork Ribs" (6 quart pot)
~2 lbs country-style boneless pork ribs (The ones I used weren't boneless. Oops.)
~1 onion, sliced
~1 c orange marmalade
~1 green pepper
~1/4 c soy sauce
~1 t minced garlic
~1/2 t ground ginger
Place ribs in crock.
Lay onion slices on top.
Combine remaining ingredients in bowl.
Spread sauce over ribs.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
4 servings.
Mmm...ribs. How we've missed you so. I promise not to go so long without crocking you ever again.
