Orange-cha glad I have cookbooks?

This was in one of my many, many cookbooks. It had orange in its title, so I made it. The. End.

"Orange Pork Tenderloin Roast With Butternut Squash" (6 quart pot)

~1 butternut squash, cut into 2 inch pieces
~1/4 t salt
~2lbs pork roast (The original recipe said tenderloins. Safeway was out of them, so I improvised.)
~1/4 c orange marmalade
~2 cloves garlic

Spray crock pot.
Arrange squash around edge.
Sprinkle with salt.
Top with pork, overlapping squash slightly.
In small bowl, mix marmalade and garlic.
Spread evenly over pork.
Cover and cook on low 8 hours or until 160 degrees.
Cut pork into slices. (I forgot to do this. I kinda just broke up the roast.)
Serve with squash.

6 servings
This was really good. The squash was cook absolutely perfectly. This goes in the make more often pile.
