Lemony Snicket's.

I picked this because it was easy and that's kind of how I feel like rolling these days.

"Lemonade Chicken" (6 quart pot)

~4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
~1 (12 oz) can frozen lemonade, thawed
~3 T brown sugar
~1 T apple cider vinegar (It called for vinegar. I was feeling adventurous. Or something.)
~1/4 c ketchup

Place chicken in greased crock pot.
In a small bowl, mix lemonade, brown sugar, vinegar, and ketchup.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

4 servings.
This was really good. The chicken was perfectly tender.  It reminded me of the lemon chicken I used to get at the local Chinese take-out place, but without the battered and fried deliciousness part.
