Voila.
"Quick Stew" (6 quart pot)
~2 lbs stew beef, cubed
~15 baby carrots, halved
~1/2 c dried minced onion
~3 large potatoes, cubed
~1 (10 oz) can tomato soup
~1 soup can water
~1 t salt
~2 T red wine vinegar (The recipe called for vinegar. I was feeling super rebellious and changed it up a bit.)
Combine all ingredients in greased crock pot.
Cover and cook on high for 6 hours.
4 servings.
My other half says that this is the best beef stew I've crocked so far. I'll put this in the win pile.
