Secret Asian Man.

We dig Asian food. That's no secret. My other half has been to Asia. Twice. Me? Not yet.

"Asian Pork Wraps" (6 quart pot)

~3 lbs boneless pork loin
~2/3 c hoisin sauce
~2 garlic cloves, minced
~1 t ground ginger
~1/2 t Chinese five-spice powder
~flour tortillas
~green onions

Place pork in greases crock pot.
Mix hoisin sauce, cloves, ginger, and five-spice powder in a small bowl.
Pour mixture over pork.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Shred pork with 2 forks.
Serve pork in flour tortillas.
Top with green onions.

8 servings.
This was delicious and it made a boatload. It'd be great recipe to use for a party. The BornToCrock household will be eating pork wrap leftovers every day for the next month and a half or so.
