Bite me.

I must admit that I was more than a little excited to try this one.

"Shredded Beef and Root Beer Sandwiches" (6 quart pot)

~3 lb beef roast
~12 oz regular root beer (as in NOT diet. I used Barq's. I heard a rumor that Barq's has bite.)
~1 1/2 c bbq sauce (I used Safeway's Honey Smoke.)

Add beef to crock pot.
Pour root beer and bbq sauce on top.
Cover and cook on low for 10 hours.
Shred beef.
Serve on rolls.

8 servings.
The hardest part of recipe was shredding the beef. I don't know if I'm weak today or if it was the cut of beef, or what, but half of the roast didn't shred very nicely. Other than that, it was awesome.
