Interesting.

It's our last week in this house. Our kitchen is very nearly naked and I've decided that I'm not going to the store (unless my sick little helper needs something.)  The meals this week are going to be...interesting.

"Potatoes and Stuff" (6 quart pot)

~4 russett potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
~2 zucchini, cut into bite-sized pieces
~2 garlic cloves, chopped
~1 onion, chopped
~2 T white wine (I used the wine I used in THIS. I'm sure any white wine would be perfectly acceptable.)
~1 T Worcestershire sauce
~1 T molasses
~1 T orange marmalade
~1 T dijon mustard

Add potatoes, zucchini, garlic, and onion to greased crock pot.
Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
Pour mixture over veggies.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

4 servings.
This crock made me nervous. Why? It smelled...interesting. It wasn't making my mouth water, but it didn't smell bad, either. I really had no idea what to expect. Would we be having peanut butter and jelly for dinner?

Nope! It was actually quite good! I love when I'm pleasantly surprised.
