I crocked this on Friday, but haven't had a chance to talk about it until now. Isn't moving fun!?
Chicken was the only meat left in the house, so I plopped it in the crock pot and added the dregs of two vastly different sauces I found in the fridge.
"Chicken and Stuff" (6 quart pot)
~5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (these were the last of the teeny tiny ones, so maybe(?) 2 normal-large breasts)
~1 c chili pepper sauce
~1 c mango chutney
Add all ingredients to crock pot.
Mix well.
Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
2 servings.
My other half ended up coming home from work 7 hours late. (Unfortunately, that's not a typo.) I had my taste on Friday and he ate his on Saturday. Both of us liked it. It's sweet and spicy which will pretty much always get a thumbs up from us.
