We have a winner!

I picked this because I had an extra jar of sweet and sour sauce in the pantry AND because pretty much anything slathered in sweet and sour sauce is delicious.

"Sweet and Sour Pork" (6 quart pot)

~1 lb pork stew meat
~1 (11.5 oz) jar sweet and sour sauce (I used Kikkoman's)
~1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained
~1/4 t ginger
~rice, cooked
~stir fry veggies, cooked

Add pork, sweet and sour sauce, pineapple, and ginger to greased crock pot.
Stir well.
Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
Serve over rice and veggies.

4 servings.
Mmm... Coming home to a delicious cooked meal after spending the afternoon house hunting makes it taste extra yummy.
