Thanks!

I picked this because thanks to last week's Mongolian Beef, I have a bottle of molasses in the house and no idea what to do with it. Some friends joined us for dinner, beer, Olympics, and move planning last night. (Hi Brad and Sandra!)

"Orange Chicken" (6 quart pot)

~6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
~1/4 c molasses
~2 T apple cider vinegar
~2 T orange juice
~2 T Worcestershire sauce
~2 t dijon mustard
~1/4 t chili pepper sauce

Place chicken in greased crock pot.
Combine molasses, vinegar, orange juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and chili pepper sauce in a small bowl.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

6 servings.
This was tasty. It wasn't as orange-y as I thought it was going to be, but the 4 of us devoured it, so it must've been good. (I'm sure the beer helped!)
