I picked this because I had all of the ingredients except for the pork on hand.
"Savory Pork Roast and Potatoes" (6 quart pot)
~2lbs pork loin (it was supposed to be 4-5lbs, but Safeway didn't have one that big. Figures.)
~1/2 c dried minced onion
~2 T soy sauce
~1/4 t crushed dried bay leaf
~1 T garlic powder
~4 potatoes
Place pork and onion in greased crock pot.
Add soy sauce, bay leaf, and garlic powder.
Place potatoes on top.
Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
4 servings.
The potatoes were perfectly tender. HOWEVER, the pork was drier than it should've been. It had a nice flavor, but this wasn't one of our favorite crocks. Can't win 'em all, right?
