Who are you calling a turkey?

Oh. Hi. Remember me?

Empty jars, cans, and bags have started taking over the kitchen counter, so I thought I'd take a break from work for minute and let you all know about one of the recipes I crocked this week. It's been THAT kind of week.

What fun things are in Brads pantry? Day 5.

~1.5 lbs turkey breast tenderloins (I bought these. Brad has A LOT of beef in the freezer and as much as I do love this 1/8th of a cow, I felt like we needed to change things up a bit.)
~1 c lemon juice
~1 c white wine (I used some of the Japanese wine I STILL have.)
~1 (6 oz) jar artichoke hearts
~1 (3.5 oz) jar capers
~7.5 oz stir-fry Hokkien noodles, cooked

Add all ingredients except noodles to crock pot and mix.
Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.

4 servings.
This was pretty awesome. The turkey was tender and lemony and just a smidge salty. Mmm...
