It's so easy, even a toddler could do it.

I found myself busy addressing Christmas cards and hosting a play date today, so I threw something together that was so simple, my little helper and his playmates could have probably done it for me. It's THAT easy. Addressing the cards was definitely more difficult...I was able to not auto pilot write our old address MOST (but not all) of the time.

"Pineapple Salsa Beef" (6 quart pot)

~1.5 lbs top round roast
~1 c Newman's Own pineapple salsa
~1 c canned pineapple, drained
~rice, cooked

Add beef to crock pot.
Pour salsa and pineapple on top.
Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
Serve over rice.

3 servings.

This was really, really good. It's nice and flavorful and totally hit the spot today. Yum.
