Party on, Wayne.

Included in the leftovers from Saturday's baby shower were about a two dozen small rolls. I'd been slowly making my way through them with the leftover tuna salad and some PB&Js. Unfortunately, the rolls have found themselves on the stale side of things, so I decided to put a bunch of them to good use today. Can you think of a better way to use stale rolls than to plop some buffalo chicken on top? NO? Good. Me neither.

"Mini Buffalo Chicken Sammiches" (6 quart pot)

~4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
~1 small onion, diced (From the CSA.)
~2 garlic cloves, chopped (From the CSA.)
~1 c Franks Red Hot buffalo sauce
~blue cheese crumbles
~small finger sandwich sized rolls

Add chicken, onion, garlic, and buffalo sauce to crock pot.
Cover and cook on low fo 7 hours.
Spoon onto rolls.
Sprinkle blue cheese on top.

4 servings.
Mmm. Delicious. Even with the stale rolls. Nomnomnom.
