Something new.

I got some shiny new flatware for Christmas. Did you notice? (The first night we used it was New Year's Eve.) Probably not, but it was super exciting for me. (The set has been in use since New Year's Eve. Also, I used a Christmas gift card to score new dinnerware. Today was the first day I got to play with them and that was even MORE exciting for me.

I'm easy to please. Or something.

"Sauer's BBQ Chicken"(6 quart pot)

~2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
~1 (15 oz) bottle original Sauer's bbq sauce (I bought this because it was the only BBQ sauce I could find at our local grocery store that didn't contain HFCS. Amusingly, it's a regional company that (according to their website) sells only in 14 states. Even more amusing is that Maryland (Where we live) is not one of them. See?
~2 garlic cloves, chopped (From the CSA.)

Add all ingredients to crock pot and mix.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.

I served this with couscous (because my other half didn't want rice or potatoes and the only other pasta we have are lasagna noodles) and Brussels sprouts (from the CSA.)

3 servings.
Mmm... You can't really go wrong with BBQ chicken. Sauer's original recipe was spicier than you're average BBQ sauce, so now I kinda want to see if I can find the spicy version. (Even if there's a road trip involved.)
