Simple math.

Teresa picked number 28. (Thanks Teresa!) Number 28 was...

"Pulled Pork Subs" (6 quart pot)

~1 small onion, finely chopped
~1.5lbs boneless pork shoulder butt roast
~1 (18oz) bottle bbq sauce (I used Safeway's mesquite smoke.)
~1/2 c water
~1/4 c honey
~6 garlic cloves, minced (I broke into the last of the CSA bulbs today. Woot!)
~1 t seasoned salt
~1 t ground ginger
~8 hoagie buns, split

Place onion and roast in crock pot.
In a medium bowl, combine bbq sauce, water, honey, garlic, salt, and ginger; pour over meat.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until meat is tender.
Remove meat; cool slightly.
Shred roast with 2 forks and return to crock pot; heat through.
Serve on buns.
Cut buns in half. (I didn't do this.)

16 halves. (More like 8*.)

A. Mazing. So good. Pork+BBQ sauce+crocking is always awesome. Always. It's gotta be a law or something by now.

*Ok, so I didn't notice that the shoulder I bought was REALLY fatty. I'm pretty sure that defatting it made me lose a serving...or 8.
