The answer is...

Radishes. Spring onions. Two ingredients that make me think, "What in the world am I going to do with these?"

Answer: Crock 'em, of course.

"Clean Out The Kitchen Chicken Stew 436" (6 quart pot)

~1 spring onion, chopped (From the CSA.)
~1 t balsamic vinegar
~3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
~3 red potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces (From the CSA.)
~3 radishes, chopped (From the CSA.)
~2 c water
~2 t chicken broth granules
~1 spring fresh thyme (From the CSA.)

Sauté onion in balsamic vinegar over medium high heat until lightly browned.
Add all ingredients to crock pot and mix well.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

(I served it with sautéed string beans from the CSA drizzled with more balsamic vinegar.)

4 servings.
This was pretty good. The chicken was nice and tender. My other half thinks it could've used a little more balsamic vinegar. I could be okay with that.
