Unless you're new to the party, you know that we LOVE buffalo chicken. I could probably crock buffalo chicken something or other every single day and not get tired of it.
"Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches" (6 quart pot) Original recipe is HERE.
~4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
~1 (17 oz) bottle Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
~1 (1 oz) pkg dry ranch salad dressing mix (I used the whole package because I can't read...apparently.)
~2 T unsalted butter
~hoagie rolls
Place chicken in crock pot.
Pour salad dressing mix on top.
Pour 3/4 of the buffalo sauce on top.
Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
Add butter to crock pot.
Shred chicken with two forks.
Spoon chicken onto rolls. (I used a slotted spoon because I'm anti-soggy bread. My other half likes his soggy, so he spooned some sauce on to his.)
Drizzle remaining sauce on chicken.
