Cheap and easy, too.

Right next to the other day's "Al Pastor Pork", was a package of Adobe Chicken. I snagged it, of course.

"Adobe Chicken" (6 quart pot)

~1 pkg Adobe Chicken
~1/2 c water
~1/4 c frozen corn (Just because we had some and I was sick of seeing the package in the freezer.)

Place chicken in crock pot.
Add water and corn.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.

4 servings.

Yum. I'd say more, but Glee is on.

And yes, there are tears. LOTS of tears.
