I will simply say that if you think you don't know anyone affected by the government shutting down, you'd be wrong.

"The Sky Is Falling Sweet and Sour Teriyaki Pork and Veggies" (6 quart pot)

~1 b pork stew meat
~3 carrots, chopped
~1 sweet potato, chopped (From the CSA.)
~1 apple, cored and chopped (From the CSA. It was another one of those reddish greenish ones.)
~1 c low sodium sweet and sour sauce
~1 c low sodium teriyaki sauce

Add all ingredients to crock pot and mix.
Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.

4 servings.

Yum! *pats self on back* Even my little helper devoured the carrots.
