Betty's boobs.

I'm crocking pretty much everything on the site that isn't a soup. (You're welcome.)

"Creamy Herbed Chicken Stew" (6 quart pot)

The original recipe is HERE.

~2 c baby carrots
~2 c red potatoes, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces (Laurer's didn't have Yukon. I even asked someone and I NEVER do that.)
~1/2 c onion, chopped
~1/2 c celery, sliced
~1 t dried thyme
~1/4 t salt
~1/4 t pepper
~1 lb chicken breasts (Laurer's was out of thighs. WHY do no stores carry thighs around here! They must be boob fans.)
~ 1 1/2 c chicken broth
~1 c snap pea pods
~1/2 c heavy cream
~1/4 c flour

Place carrots, potatoes, onion, and celery in crock pot.
Add 1/2 t thyme, salt, and pepper over veggies.
Place chicken on top of veggies.
Pour broth over everything.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Add pea pods.
Cover and cook on low for 10 minutes.
Remove chicken and veggies using a slotted spoon.
Cover to keep warm.
Turn crock pot to high.
Mix heavy cream, flour, and 1/2 t thyme.
Add mixture to crock pot liquid.
Cover and cook on high for 10 minutes or until thickened).
Pour over chicken and veggies.

3 servings.
This. was. awesome. I found only one problem with it: The serving size. Even my little helper dug it. (Then again, he's always been a boob fan.)
