Weight, weight...don't tell me!

I was going to recrock this over the weekend, but I couldn't fit it into what turned into a super crazy social couple of days.

The original is HERE.

The last time I made it is HERE. It was less than a week ago, so you probably remember why I needed a do over. Need a reminder? I forgot the tomatoes.

"Beef Ragout" (6 quart pot)

~1 lb beef stew meat, cut in 1 inch cubes
~1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, rinsed & drained
~1 (16 oz) jar onion garlic tomato sauce (I used Francesco Rinaldi.)
~1 (14 1/2 oz) can Italian stewed tomatoes
~1/2 (28 oz) bag potatoes O'Brien
~1 t Italian seasoning
~1/2 t oregano

Add all ingredients to crock pot.
Mix.
Cover and cook on low for 10 hours.

6 servings.
So. Much. Better. It tasted like nothing was missing because. NOTHING was missing.
