What a crock of fish!

I didn't crock today (A girl is allowed to take a weekday off, right?), but I did yesterday.

"Parmesan Tilapia" (6 quart pot)

The original recipe is HERE. I halved everything because I'm not a huge fan of seafood as it is. Reheated seafood makes me cringe.

~aluminum foil
~2 tilapia filets (it was about 1/2 lb)
~1/8 c mayonnaise
~1/4 c shredded Parmesan
~juice of one lemon
~3 garlic cloves (they were on the weenie side, so I used 3 instead of 2.)
~mini pinch of salt
~mini pinch pepper

Create 2 "boats" out of aluminum foil.
Mix mayo, cheese, lemon, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Place tilapia in the "boats".
Pour mixture over fish.
Fold the sides of the "boats" over the fish.
Place "boats" in crock pot.
Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
Carefully remove the HOT "boats".

2 servings.
We don't do a lot of fish (because tilapia is pretty much the only fish I can handle), but if I can crock tilapia and it'll turn out this yummy, I will make more fish. I promise.
