"Sun-dried Tomatoes and Feta Roast" (6 quart pot)

~2 lbs rump roast (It was supposed to be tri-tip, but nobody had any. Boo.)
~1/3 c white wine (I used Barefoot's Moscato.)
~1 (8 oz) jar sun-dried tomatoes, oil drained
~8 oz crumbled feta
Add roast to crock pot.
Add tomatoes and feta.
Pour in wine.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Slice and serve.
6 servings.
This was super yummy. If you have only a minute in your day to whip together a crock, you should try this one. Even my little helper liked it!
