Winging wings.

"Wing It Week" wouldn't have been complete without wings. I made these on Friday, but I didn't get a chance to talk about it until now.

"Mild Hot Wings" (6 quart pot)

~2 lbs frozen chicken wings
~1/4 c butter, melted
~1/2 c water
~1 T cayenne pepper
~1 T tabasco sauce
~1 T garlic and herb sauce

Add all ingredients to crock pot and stir.
Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.

These were good, but they didn't end up as spicy as I thought they would be. Every once in awhile, a wing would have some extra cayenne on it and it'd be spicy, bust mostly, it was just nicely flavored chicken. Someday, I'll find or create and AWESOME hot wing recipe. It's my ongoing homework assignment.
