It's so easy.

"Easy Flank Steak" (6 quart pot)

~1 1/2 lbs flank steak
~1/3 c water
~1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
~2 T vinegar
~1 1/4 t chili powder
~1 t garlic powder
~1/2 t sugar
~1/2 t salt
~1/4 t pepper
~rice, cooked

Place beef in crock pot.
Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl.
Pour mixture over beef.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Serve with rice.
4 servings.


This tastes as yummy as it smells AND it's super easy. I'd definitely make this again.
