If you know me, you probably know that one of my favorite things about fall is when coffee places roll out their Pumpkin Spice Lattes and pumpkin flavored coffees. This recipe has been sitting at the top of my "MUST Crock" list seemingly forEVER.
"Pumpkin Spice Latte" (6 quart pot)
~3/4 c strong coffee, brewed
~2 c milk (I used whole)
~2 T canned pumpkin
~2 T sugar
~2 T vanilla extract
~1/4 t cinnamon
~1/8 t ground cloves
~1/8 t ground nutmeg
~pinch ground ginger
Add all ingredients to crock pot.
Whisk.
Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
Whisk again.
2 servings.
I might have to stock up on canned pumpkin so I can make this every day for the rest of my life.
