Ganar, ganar.

I've been to Mexico a few times and I love it for a million different reasons. I might consider living there if I didn't think they'd kick me out for my dreadful DREADFUL Spanish speaking skills and my tastebuds' absolute hatred of avocado.

"Mexican Roast" (6 quart pot)

~2.5 lb roast (I used a cheap chuck.)
~2 T taco seasoning
~1 (16 oz) jar of your favorite salsa (I used THIS. It's super crazy hot.)

Place beef in crock pot.
Sprinkle taco seasoning top of beef.
Pour salsa on top.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.

I served it with Spanish rice and corn because we had some in the house.

6 servings.
This recipe is as easy as it is tasty. Win, win.
