Little Miss Scatterbrain.

Someday, I'll make it to a Polynesian country. Likely Hawaii, but if a trip to New Zealand fell in my lap, I wouldn't be mad about it.

"Polynesian Ham Steaks" (6 quart pot)

~4 slices boneless ham (about 3/4 -inch thick)
~2 T brown sugar
~1 T dijon mustard
~1 (20oz) can pineapple slices, drained

Place ham in crock pot.
Combine sugar and mustard in a small bowl.
Spread mixture over ham.
Place pineapple slices on top.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.

4 servings.
Ham was invented to be be crocked. It's true! Look it up! This recipe is proof that you don't need to empty your spice rack to create something yummy. AND it was so ridiculously easy, I didn't have to look at the recipe when I typed it out. (That's saying something considering how scatterbrained I am sometimes most of the time.)
