Whoooooooooooo are you?

I took 2 days off. I didn't plan on it, but it happened. Day 1: We made a dent in the leftovers. Day 2: My in-laws watched my little helper while my other half and I went on a house hunting marathon and I forgot to put something together before we left. They treated us to Panera.

Ok, back to business...

I always wonder about recipes that are named after people. Who is Terisha and what makes HER chicken so special that she has a recipe named after her in a published cookbook for all the world to use? Did she win a contest? Do I need to rename my Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese? I'm joking. Kind of.

"Terisha's Chicken" (6 quart pot)

~3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
~1 c soy sauce
~1 c lemon juice
~1/2 onion, chopped
~1 t garlic salt

Place chicken in greased crock pot.
Add soy sauce, lemon juice, onion, and garlic salt to sauté pan.
Bring mixture to boil.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

3 servings.
I guess Terisha likes salty tender chicken. It was good, but man was it salty.
