We like to move it.

Last week took some creativity, but I somehow managed to save the best for last. It was the perfect way to end my crocking adventures in the old house. (It feels really weird to call it that.) I crocked this a day or two before we packed up the U-Haul.

"Moving Day Buffalo Mac & Cheese" (6 quart pot)

~2 c uncooked macaroni (I used 1 c brown rice and 1 c ditalini)
~12 oz Frank's Red Hot Buffalo sauce
~12 oz milk (I used whole.)
~2 c shredded cheddar cheese
~1 c shredded parmesan cheese
~1/2 c cheddar cheese cubes
~1/2 c Muenster cheese cubes
~1 c breadcrumbs
~1/2 c butter, melted

Add macaroni, buffalo sauce, milk, and cheeses to crock pot and mix well.
Mix breadcrumbs and butter in a small bowl.
Sprinkle mixture over mac and cheese.
Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.

6 servings.
Mmm...this was so good. My other half said that it might even be BETTER than my award winning recipe. My little helper couldn't keep his fingers out of it, either. Nomnomnom.
