Sushi alternative.

We had some special guests over for dinner tonight (Hi Brad, Sandra, Molly, and Rob!). In this case, though, "over for dinner" didn't mean I was crocking for them. They ordered sushi (Eew.) while my other half and I ate today's mishmash of ingredients.

What fun things are in Brad's pantry? Day 12.

~1 lb ground beef, browned and drained (Moo...)
~6 oz (about half of the 11.6 oz bottle) Spicy Chili & Garlic Sauce (Not expired yet..)
~1/4 c slivered almonds (expired in July)
~12 oz bag frozen whole green beans (I don't know if this was ours or his. It'd been partially defrosted and refrozen which makes me think it was ours that might've defrosted when we transported our freezer's innards.)

Add all ingredients to crock pot and mix well.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

4 servings.
This was super spicy and super yummy. Molly and Rob tasted it and said that they were fans, too. It gets bonus points for being so easy to make, so this is a good one for you carnivores who like to have your mouths on fire.
