More for us!

Our friends Brad and Sandra had planned to join us for dinner tonight, but they he ended up being lame sick at the last minute and they had to cancel. (Feel better!)

"Not Lame Chicken"(6 quart pot)

~3 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
~6 small white potatoes, cut into chunks (From the CSA.)
~1 onion, chopped (From the CSA.)
~1 c pineapple chunks, drained
~2 celery stalks, chopped
~1/4 green onions, chopped
~1/4 c cooking Sherry
~1 T lemon pepper
~1 c frozen corn

Add chicken, potatoes, onion, pineapple, celery, green onions, Sherry, and lemon pepper to crock pot and mix.
Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
Add corn and mix.
Recover and cook for 15 minutes or so.

6 servings.
This is how chicken should be cooked. It was SO tender. Mmm...so yummy. Look! I crocked something that wasn't sweet OR spicy. Who am I and what have I done with myself?
