Constant craving.

This is what happens when I have a craving and we actually have all of the ingredients in the house to make it happen.

"Mexi Cheesy Mac" (6 quart pot)

~1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
~1 (14.5 oz) can Mexican style stewed tomatoes
~1 (14.5) oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
~1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, chopped
~1 c frozen corn
~1 c elbow macaroni, cooked
~1 3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese

Dump beef, tomatoes, black beans, and chipotle pepper in crock pot.
Mix.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Add corn, macaroni, and cheese.
Mix.
Cover and cook until corn is heated and cheese is melted. (About 10 minutes.)
Stir and serve.

4 servings.
Spicy and cheesy and as delicious as it is terrible for your arteries. Nomnomnom.
