Did you know that Frank's makes a BBQ sauce? Because I totally didn't! I've had really good luck with Frank's (Understatement of the year!), so I decided to check it out.
"Frank's BBQ Pork" (6 quart pot)
~5 lbs "boneless" pork shoulder (The package said it was boneless. It lied.)
~1 bottle of Franks Red Hot Kickin' BBQ sauce
~1 onion, chopped (From the CSA.)
~2 garlic cloves, chopped (From the CSA.)
Place pork in crock pot.
Dump the rest of the ingredients on top.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Cut/shred and serve.
8 servings.
It smelled delicious. It tasted delicious. BBQ-y and slightly spicy. It made a TON, so we're happy. Yay leftovers! (Boo HFCS! I try to buy HFCS-free, but I was way too excited and didn't read the label until I got home.)
