Sweet relief.

My allergies AND my taste buds are ready for it to be fall.

"Clean Out The Kitchen Mustardy Pork" (6 quart pot)

~1 pork shoulder (Mine was just under 3 lbs.), cut into large chunks
~1 fuji apple, chopped (From the CSA.)
~1 sweet potato, cut into bite-sized pieces (From the CSA.)
~1 small onion, chopped (From the CSA.)
~1 parsnip, chopped (From the CSA,)
~1 c celery, chopped (The last of the boatload they gave us when we ordered wings.)
~6 oz Miller's mild and sweet mustard (From the CSA. Can't find it? Look HERE.)

Add all ingredients to crock pot and mix well.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Serve using a slotted spoon.

(I served this with a side salad from the CSA.)

6 servings.
Yummy. Lots of flavor. Nice and tender. I rule.
