Easier said than done.

Yesterday was just...something.

"Clean Out The Kitchen Beef and 'Taters" (6 quart pot)

~1 lb beef sirloin top round, cut in half (Hiding in our freezer.)
~1 bunch of radishes, halved (From the CSA.)
~6 small white potatoes, quartered (From the CSA.)
~1 small onion, diced
~3 T bold steak sauce
~1 T Worcestershire sauce
~2 sprigs fresh thyme (From the CSA.)
~2 sprigs fresh sage (From the CSA.)

Add all ingredients to crock pot.
Cover and cook on low or 8 hours. (This was the plan, at least.)
*Have your electricity turn off about 2 hours into cooking. Restart it and cook it for 5 hours. Go to a festival which makes you HAVE to leave the crock on warm for 3 hours. Eat dinner at 10pm.

*optional

4 servings.
I was really worried that this was going to be terrible. Undercooked? Overcooked? It. Was. Awesome. Perfect.
