Just what the hubs ordered.

My other half was craving some buffalo chicken, so I whipped this together today. He's lucky we still had some buffalo house in the fridge. (And that I'm the best wife ever. Right? RIGHT?!)

"Clean Out The Kitchen Buffalo Chicken Salad" (6 quart pot)

~1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (Hiding in the freezer.)
~4 bone-in, skinned chicken thighs (This, too.)
~6 oz Frank's buffalo sauce (We had about a half of a bottle left.)
~1 T Louisiana hot sauce
~1 t crushed red pepper
~salad mix (From the CSA), croutons, and Blue cheese dressing

Place chicken in crock pot.
Pour buffalo sauce, hot sauce, and red pepper on top.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Serve on top of salad.

6 servings.
Spicy. Buffalo-y. Nomnomnom. My other half said that it was exactly what he wanted. Even my little helper ate some!
