Frozone.

Yup. Still cleaning. Our freezer is packed, so I'll be working on that for the next few days. You're jealous, I know.

"Clean Out the Kitchen Honey Mustard Chicken & Veggies" (6 quart pot)

~2 chicken quarters, skinned
~1 (12 oz) jar Safeway's honey mustard dressing
~1 (16 oz) bag frozen mixes stir fry veggie mix

Place chicken in crock pot.
Pour dressing over chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
Dump veggies on top.
Cover and cook on HIGH for an hour.
Serve chicken with veggies.

4 servings.
This was as good as it was easy and it was pretty damn easy.
