Little tummies.

I crocked this today. My other half is recovering from a stomach bug and I thought that the ginger in it would be good for his tummy.

"Sesame Ginger Chicken" (6 quart pot)

~3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
~1 pt fresh sliced mushrooms
~3 carrots, chopped
~1 (18 oz) jar Safeway Select Sesame Ginger Simmer Sauce
~rice, cooked

Add chicken, mushrooms, carrots, and sauce to crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Shred chicken with 2 forks.
Serve over rice.

4 servings
This was pretty good. Kind of heavy on the sesame and light on the ginger, but I'm/we're kind of okay with that. My little helper ate the rice and carrots...eventually.
