Eggsactly.

Like you didn't see this one coming. How would the crocker who LOVES to crock mac and cheese do it if she's trying this gluten-free thing? Pretty simply, actually.

"Mac & Cheese" (6 quart pot)

The original recipe is HERE.

~8 oz uncooked brown rice pasta
~4 c milk (I used whole.)
~1-2 eggs (I'll explain later.)
~4 c shredded cheddar cheese
~1 t ground mustard
~1/2 t salt
~1/2 t pepper

Grease crock pot.
Whisk milk and egg together in a small bowl.
Add all ingredients to crock pot and mix well.
Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.

(6 servings)
I used 2 eggs because that what the ORIGINAL original recipe called for. I think it was a bit much. Parts of the mac and cheese were just too eggy. I mean, it's mac and cheese NOT eggs and cheese, right?  I'd definitely try one egg next time. Other than that, it was delicious.
